While utilizing our applications, we do not have direct access to any of your personal data. However, to enhance our services and fulfill our contractual obligations with you, we may share your uploaded data with certain service providers. For instance, but not limited to: Hosting Provider, Payment Provider, Analytics, and Cookies.
In providing our services, we process audio and other data you input to generate notes, documents, and other content based on your input. This process is automated and we do not access, view, or share your data unless necessary for providing and improving the service, or as required by law.
Some apps may store non-personal settings on your devices via cookies. This data will not be uploaded to us and we have no access to it.
Children and Personal Data
We comply with the standards established by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). By checking the box for our terms of service upon sign-up, users implicitly affirm they are above the age of 13 or the equivalent minimum age dictated by law in your region. Users are expected to provide truthful information. We cannot be held accountable if an individual misrepresents themselves during this process.
